Niyam grew up with the presence and meditations of Osho since the 1970s thanks to his neo-sannyasin parents, and took sannyas in 1980. Niyam brings Osho's vision of creativity, meditation, and celebration to his work in the marketplace spanning 38+ years at the intersection of design and technology. Among other things, he is also the founder of Designrev, where he has also conducted over 19 dance meditations, and a 4-day meditation retreat in a luxurious palace at Alsisar in Rajasthan. During the lockdown days of the pandemic, he conducted free and online daily sessions on Tonglen meditation, dance meditation, as well as humming meditation. Despite his busy schedule, he continues to conduct one dance meditation every month or two in Delhi.
