Swami Aatmo Neerav

He is an Osho disciple and has been living and working in an Osho commune since last 21 years. Today Swami Aatmo Neerav travels and shares meditation retreats called the Ahlaad Retreats in China, Nepal, India, Turkey, South America and Europe.

He has also collaborated with huge corporate conglomerates and MNLs in Asia and Europe to incorporate meditation as a tool for mental wellbeing in the corporate setting. Apart from the different departments he has worked in the commune, Neerav was also in the writing team of the books, ‘In Wonder with Osho’ ‘Lone Seeker Many Masters’ and ‘Mystics and Miracles’ by Swami Anand Arun.

Coming from a media and Television background Neerav is frequently seen in video podcasts and magazines sharing his ideas about new-age spirituality and meditation. Sharing about his work he says, “It’s driven by Osho at the center and the retreats are a neutral space where we can share, learn and grow together. They are spontaneous yet so synchronized, it’s actually beyond us.”

About the Program

Step into a space of deep transformation with The Anahata Rhythm meditation retreat with Swami Aatmo Neerav.

Drawing inspiration from the timeless teachings of Osho and schools of Tantra, Sufi, Zen, and Tibetan Buddhism, the word Anahata — meaning “unstruck” — refers to the pure, boundless energy that resides in all of us. While Anahata is often associated with the heart chakra, it is not limited only to the heart. The true power of this retreat lies in its ability to expand and harmonize your entire energy system — bringing balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

Unlike traditional meditation retreats that focus solely on stillness, The Anahata Rhythm is designed to activate every part of your being through a combination of active practices, dance, bodywork and group meditative therapies. You’ll release stagnation, clear mental clutter, and recalibrate your energy, allowing for lasting transformation.

It’s a place for freedom, movement, and inner alignment — where you will rediscover your authentic self, in all its beauty and grace.

For every seeker, whether you are just beginning your journey or have been on the path for years, The Anahata Rhythm welcomes you!
