Sufism or Tasavvuf is a path of surrendering and the state of this pure love and devotion is the ultimate realization in Sufism.
Practice of Zikr, Ehsaan, Ai Samt Hatif-e-Ghaib and Whirling help the seeker on this voyage and then slowly hidden deep energies i.e. all Latifa of a seeker comes into play.
Lataif are 5 hidden psychological but sleeping centers in our energy body which corresponds to 5 elements i.e. water, fire, air, earth and space. Sufi Way and its practice can align these energies and can help manifest our true nature in an experiential way.
Initial steps on this path are taken with right understanding but as seeker matures, the whole journey and its experience becomes the subject of the heart i.e. the love for the truth. Eventually this voyage matures on the purest ground of love and devotion towards this whole existence through the master.
This stage is ISHQ E HAQIQI.
