This well-structured course is for couples who wish to grow together through love and meditation.

We will practice authentic communication, and letting go of unnecessary barriers, that refrain us from getting in touch with our own feelings and come closer to the other. We shall also practice some Tantra techniques, in line with Osho’s vision of 'Sex to Super-consciousness', exploring new ways of caring from the heart. By noticing and honouring the differences between a man and a woman, and understanding how nature has made them a perfect fit for each other, we shall explore relating with the other in a beautiful and fulfilling manner.

This is a process synthesising mindfulness, ancient Tantra wisdom and relating with the heart, with the possibility of significantly transforming the way of being, not only as an individual but also as a couple.
