Art is very strong and powerful tool to connect with your true self.
When you are involved with an art, you are connected to yourself. You are one with the moments you are in. Be it pouring a paint on paper, moving your body and dancing, playing an instrument, singing.... the list is long.
Here we will use a form of painting to explore the opportunity to become free from our mind. You need to be aware and watchful to whatever you are doing. That way you are in this very moment, you are in NOW. You use your mind in such a way that it is certain to only current activity, hence reducing the distractions.
With meditation techniques suggested by Osho; this process becomes more intense.
The activities such as partner painting, exchanging painting, nature painting, reflection of self, creating bridge, etc. will create some sort of a stir which helps you look within and find your true inner self.
If you really want to go within and encounter your being; you need a lot of energy. So, creativity gives you more joyous approach to support your sensitivity and state of innocence.
Basically, these are few days you gift to yourself, which helps you become naive as a child to meet new and unexplored part of your being and bring joy and creativity to your life.
