Osho Nisarga is where I learned to stand my ground.
As women, we're taught to shrink. Here, I expanded. Surrounded by people living authentically—especially independent women—my own inner voice grew clearer. I stopped performing "nice girl" and started speaking truth.
Living and working meditatively with people from around the world became my mirror. Peace revealed my chaos. I saw how unconscious patterns shape what we attract—and how only in relationship do we truly learn to hold ourselves. Love, jealousy, support — all arise. The test is simply doing the next right thing.
I used to tolerate, pretend, sabotage myself with sweetness. This place taught me otherwise: we teach people how to treat us by how we treat ourselves, with dignity, without shame.
Above all, I faced my fears here. And found trust—in myself, in life, in whatever quietly guides us.
