Stay & Program Participation Guideline and Policy

By registering for either stay or/and any program at Osho Nisarga (operated by Osho Nisarga Foundation, a non-profit registered in India at Village Sheela, Dharamshala, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh – 176057), you ("Participant") agree to comply with these policies:

1. Definitions

• "Centre": Refers to Osho Nisarga and/or Osho Nisarga Foundation.
• "Program": Includes workshops, retreats, courses, or events conducted by the Centre.

2. Purpose & Nature

• Osho Nisarga is an authentic meditation centre following Osho’s vision, founded by Osho’s personal Indian secretary Ma Yoga Neelam.
• Programs are designed for sincere meditators committed to inner growth.

3. Stay or/and Participant Acknowledgment

• I voluntarily agree to these terms.
• I have read the program description prior to enrolment.
• My participation is self-motivated, free from external pressure.

4. Program Structure

• Residential Requirement: Full participation and on-site stay are mandatory.
• Non-Therapeutic: No medical or psychological cures are claimed or offered.

5. Health & Conduct

• Osho meditations may involve physical activity. I confirm I am in good health and fit to participate. I am free of any medical condition that may be negatively impacted.
• I agree to follow guidelines at all times during the program.
• I will respect facilitators and other participants, attend all sessions punctually, and not leave any session midway to avoid disruption to the process.

6. Accommodation & Facilities

• Early check-in/late checkout is subject to availability.
• Outside food is prohibited; meals are nutritionally designed for meditation.

7. Financial Policy

• Contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No credits for partial attendance, including illness-related absences.

8. Personal Responsibility

• The Centre doesn’t mediate personal disputes.
• Individuals must resolve conflicts respectfully without involving the Centre.

9. Prohibitions

• Alcohol, drugs, firearms, or illegal substances are strictly banned.

10. Liability Waiver

• During my stay or/and participate at my own risk. The Centre isn’t liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel/stay.

11. Legal Compliance

• Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dharamshala Courts, Himachal Pradesh.

12. General

• The Centre reserves the right to modify programs/terms without prior notice.

Declaration

I confirm that I have read and understood the above policies, and I agree to abide by all terms during my stay or/and participation in any program at Osho Nisarga. I am signing/agreeing to this voluntarily, with full awareness and without any external pressure.
