Satori is a radical inquiry. It is going under the skin, and in the heart, and in the belly to see and feel what is coming in the way of being you. Who am I? What is my true nature? How did I lose myself or feel that there is not all of me here, now? What is this restlessness that pushes me to do and do and do? What am I doing here? What is this longing for being more real, truer, and complete?
Self-inquiry is a powerful tool to open and unsettle the mechanism that keeps repeating the past, thus destroying the present. Self-inquiry means being so present in the here/now that you can have a direct experience of yourself and reality, fresh and alive, free of the filters of conditioning.
The aim of the Satori retreat is to have this direct experience of Being, an experience of awakening, and an experience of no-mind.
A seven-day retreat, it works with the existential questions: Who is in? Who am I? What is Life? What is Another? What is Love? And much more:
Satori is not therapy and is not aimed at finding temporary solutions to daily problems, even though it will give you a different and fresh perspective on those problems. The goal of Satori is to dissolve the identification with the ego, which is the very cause of all problems.
