Plunge: Into Awareness, Through Art
“Somewhere creativity and meditation have to meet, otherwise both can be dangerous.” — Osho,
Creativity is a fundamental life force through which existence manifests. When infused with awareness, it becomes a medium through which the divine itself unfolds.
Plunge is an invitation to explore the meeting of meditation and creativity with curiosity, a spirit of play, and the freedom to let go.
Rooted in Osho's meditations and methods, the retreat brings together movement and dance, breath work, guided visualizations, visual art using diverse materials and techniques, reflective writing and poetry, music, nature, and shared creative explorations. There is room to experiment, follow an impulse, get lost in colour, play with forms, move with the music, discover unexpected possibilities and simply enjoy the process.
The emphasis is not on artistic skill or producing something impressive. It is about being present, loosening familiar ways of doing and judging, and allowing experience to unfold without constantly trying to direct it. A colour, a line, a found object, a movement or a few words may become the beginning of something unexpected. Sometimes the joy lies simply in the experience itself.
As we move between inwardness and expression, stillness and movement, we discover what becomes possible when we let go of having to get things right.
Plunge is a space to reconnect with your creative energy, rediscover spontaneity, and celebrate the freedom of allowing something new to emerge.
No prior artistic experience is required. Bring your curiosity, your willingness to explore, and a readiness to plunge in!
