The Goddess Essence series offers four unique retreats, each focusing on different aspects of women's empowerment. You can join them in any order. Whether you attend just one or complete all four, your life will never be the same again. In this edition, we will explore Parts 3 & 4 of the series, awakening the Third Eye and Crown Chakras.

Part 3 – Woman as Healer: Opening the Psychic Gift

In Part 3 of the Goddess Essence Series, we awaken the Third Eye chakra, Agya—the centre of inner vision and intuitive wisdom. As the Third Eye opens, a sacred space within you blossoms; a place beyond logic, beyond conditioning, and beyond surface appearances, where a deeper intelligence lives—centred, ecstatic, and far-seeing.

Many women sense an inner knowing, yet have forgotten this inherent capacity woven into the feminine. As Agya awakens, you begin to discern truth from distortion, alignment from distraction. Perception clarifies. Illusion falls away. You no longer search outside for answers—knowing arises naturally from within. In this space, your psychic gift reveals itself as a refined feminine sensitivity: a natural capacity to perceive what is subtle and true. In embodying this clarity, you step naturally into the ‘Woman as Healer’ - grounded in her sight, guided by her intuition, and steady in her own knowing.

Part 4 – Female Spiritual Mastery

7th Chakra: Sahasrara – Crown Chakra

In Part 4 of the Goddess Essence Series, we journey into the seventh chakra, Sahasrara—the gateway to super consciousness and spiritual mastery. The Crown Chakra encompasses and integrates all other chakras. Here, you will experience the profound connection between your most primal instincts and your highest spirituality, revealing how these seemingly opposite poles are expressions of the same life-force energy.

At this level, we move beyond identity, beyond polarity, and beyond gender into unity. When the inner feminine and masculine merge at the Crown, consciousness expands. The right and left hemispheres of the brain harmonize, awakening higher perception. We move from personal love into universal love—from separation into oneness. This can lead to the experience known as Mahamudra, the Great Gesture—the ultimate orgasmic merging with the Universe, a union with the infinite pulse of existence. In this retreat, you are invited to embrace your multi-faceted nature as a woman: to become a woman with an open Crown—wise and deeply meditative, while remaining profoundly connected to her embodied sensuality.

A Sacred Reunion of the Feminine & Masculine

Simultaneously with the Goddess Essence Retreat, Shivoham: The Masculine Mastery Series – Level 1 will take place in its own dedicated space. While women reconnect with their intuition, sensuality, and feminine gifts, the men will devote themselves to the path of conscious masculinity—deepening their presence, strength, purpose, and cultivating a lion’s heart. As these qualities mature from within, natural polarity begins to arise.

Towards the end of both retreats, the two groups will come together in a sacred ritual and celebration—a remembrance where Shakti meets Shiva in reverence and harmony, where presence and life-force unite.
