Our emotions are the fulcrum of our being, unaddressed they get stuck in our unconscious and affect our behaviour, health and personality. In this Emotional Rebalancing Retreat our focus will be to provide a safe space to address and communicate our emotions and help rebalance them. Emotional rebalancing is the ability to manage, navigate and balance your emotions effectively, leading to improved mental health, better relationships, reduced stress, increased resilience, and enhanced decision-making. It promotes self-awareness, creativity, and physical well-being, fostering a positive outlook on life and supporting personal growth and fulfilment.
In this retreat we will also be using therapeutic techniques like Regression Therapy, Soul Informed Therapy, NLP and restorative yoga to heal past traumas and disturbed emotional states which leads to anxiety, self-sabotaging habits, and unhealthy behavioural patterns. When we are emotionally balanced, meditation is deeper and more effective and practising OSHO Meditations will further support the emotional empowerment, this magical combination will promote overall well-being in all aspects of life.
This retreat is designed to achieve a state of harmony with your emotions which empowers you to move forward in life with more confidence, positivity, vitality and joy.
