Love and Fear
“I am not a dancer, I am not an actor, I cannot sing”
How much do we hear this or are we saying it to ourselves, when actually our deepest core feels how much ecstasy, and freedom could self-expression, free flow of energy bring…How deeper the quality of relating, not through words, but through creative communion of presences
Between love and fear, we oscillate…
How does fear manifest? Where in my body?
How it influences my practice of the movements?
How does fear stop me?
Why are we afraid of love?
How to be open and not lost, how to be cantered and not enclosed
The dancer, the poet, the painter....All that is creative in man is reduced by fear.
But the creative level of energy is the highest in man and is available to every single person.
Bring the heart back. Be aware again of your natural self.
Through:
- Grounding techniques
- Centring techniques
- Awareness of the natural laws of movement
- Expansion of movement vocabulary in improvisations

- Dance theatre improvisation.
- Experimental theatre inspired by Grotowski Peter Brook and Noh theatre
- African dance and rhythmic plays, with live music and support of our friend Ashok Kumar who is fantastic Djembe player and a great actor.
