Working with Male and Female Polarities

Coming from a man and a woman, these two aspects coexist in us, male and female. We are dual and we long for unity. But we do not know ourselves. Hence, the fights and difficulties that are happening on the outside are often a manifestation of the fight happening inside between these two aspects. No evolution is possible without exploring the unconscious part of ourselves, this side left in the shadow that lives in us. Hence, we find ourselves taken by moods, inner atmospheres of heaviness, rigidity and tension. Often this happens when we are in relation with this unknown part in us.

This group is an invitation to explore the two aspects of male and female in us, our body is magnificently sensitive and is much more in touch with our deeper self than the mind. The body and the movements never lie. They are a barometer telling the inner state of the person.

These subtle signals from the body give continuous information about our emotional states. If we can learn to tune in closely, we can read these signals no matter how hidden they might be. And find within ourselves and with the others, the harmony and completion we long for.
