NISARGA GRATITUDE
Snow peaked mountains. Honey Sun. Lazy Winter River. Rising Moon. A dive deep into the womb of nature. Each moment dipped with fresh delight. With silent joys, new insights. How can one thank for the grace that showers in this paradise? I feel His invitation in every tree, in every bird that calls me here ... An invitation to return back home. I know not where my home is but i do know that the path to my home passes from Osho’s Nisarga. Heart and Soul humming with gratitude, dancing with joy, longing with tears ...To come, come and yet again come ...

Dear Sw. Chaitanya Keerti,
I am not very good with verbal language, but I didn't want to fail in saying THANK YOU very much for the beautiful Neo-Vipassana camp. I enjoyed our sessions so much! They took my meditation to a very deep level.
The group also gave me the opportunity to interact with the amazing people of this country, which I love, even though I cannot understand the language...But one day I might!!
I look forward to participating on another one of your groups...I admit, I became your fan! Your way of sharing is so total and loving...and it feels how it comes from your real experience, different from some parrots that just repeat the Master's words.
Thank you again!

Much love
Prabhata

The Tantra group with Sarita and Shiva was truly an electrifying period of my life. When I look back at that amazing week, I can feel the immense difference in the quality of life, now and then. When I entered the group, I did so without any expectations and with an open mind. One of the best parts about the process was that 'you didn't know what's coming next'. Meditating on the thirty-four techniques from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, the whole week was like a roller coaster ride into my interiority. I encountered greed, anger, lust within myself as well as tasted beautiful moments of peace, love and awareness. Me and Pallavi got many insights into 'relating' and felt our deep bonding and love for each other. Sarita was magnetic during the whole process; in fact the whole Tantra team including Shiva, Sangeet and Kavida were bubbling with love and meditation. The champagne dinner in candle light, the morning walk to the sacred banyan tree, the evening dance, the penultimate meditation and many more moments from the group are imprinted in my memory like few others. I thank Sarita and the Tantra team and everyone at Osho Nisarga for making it an unforgettable experience.

With Love and Gratitude
Sw. Shivam

Ma Pallavi
My Tantra experience was truly remarkable. Sarita has created a beautiful process in which techniques from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra are practiced in unique and innovative ways. The whole week, I journeyed through my senses, through relating; through Tantric rituals; dance; music. I was alive like never before – the grass was greener, the lights were brighter and the sounds crisper. It was a marvelous time for both Shivam and me and a great voyage into our relationship. We felt our deep love for each other; we felt that there was so much trust and friendliness amongst us.

One particular technique I remember was too challenging for my Indian conditioning but after I did it, I realized that it was just my mental block; it was a such a liberating and overwhelming feeling for me to go beyond myself. I thank Sarita, Shiva, Neelam Ma, Priya and the whole Tantra and Nisarga team for making it so magical.

With Love

“The great meaning of Harmony”

Before knowing the existence of Osho Nisarga Meditation Center I had one deep need that was to find a place to truly rest and to be in contact with my ‘self’. For me, that means a place where nature, spirituality and love can merge together. I presented my needs to my ‘higher self’ asking to get a real answer, and it was during my sleep that I was told to look for an Osho center in the Himalayas. This is how I found out about Osho Nisarga.

Since the moment I arrived in this place, I had the feeling of an oasis of beauty, love and harmony, all surrounded by the presence of Osho. In this world of superficiality, new age spirituality, it is a real gift that one can offer to one’s soul to be in the presence of the master and his teaching.

Osho Nisarga is what I can call a real Sanctuary. The exceptional beauty of the nature is fully kept and empowered by the architecture and the landscaping. There is a natural Zen atmosphere and a real serenity happening here. The flowing river and his huge dark rocks make the place very vibrating, the elements are so alive, it restores the body and the soul in depth. The food here is so yummy, healthy and tasty and the best is that we can drink the water from the regular taps. In India to have this is just divine.

This beautiful sanctuary offers a real sense of protection,it is like to be in a mysterious womb where you can restore and restructure yourself on all the levels needed. The ‘Team’ of Nisarga: the great guardians of the place are sincerely at the service of their purpose. There is a feeling of being taken care and at the same time having a lot of pace to be who you are.

I was enrolled in two workshops with Sw. Kamaal one was the‘Self Discovery’ and the other ‘Compassionate Communication’. I got very nurtured and re-orientated especially in my meditation practices in Self Discovery Group. Kamaal is, to my perception, an excellent meditation guide. He is experienced in his practices and in group leading. I appreciated his sense of humor and in the same time his constant movement of centering. His workshops have a lot of rhythm and balancing effect.

There is truly a magic happening here. All I can really say is that: IT IS JUST HAPPENING with all the ‘ingredients’ gathered together. It makes this place working on several levels: body, soul, mind and spirit. Before leaving I wanted to give a touch of love back to this place. So with all my gratitude I have done a painting for the dining hall where already some pieces of art exist.I have put all my love and colorful intention in a golden yellow spiral that represents the life force.

I have loved to be here, I felt a deep healing that has been accomplished inside, one word remains among ALL: the true meaning of HARMONY.

I do not have words to express my gratitude. Thank you for opening such a beautiful Osho meditation centre. My sannyas here has changed so much within me and I will leave today with so much more ease, peace, joy and a dancing body and mind. I am grateful to Osho and to Neelam and to everybody who has contributed to this amazing place on earth.

With so much love in my heart

Doing the three day seminar of Compassionate Communication -The Language of the Heart with Sw. Kamaal has been an eye opener for me. I never realized how deep is the effect of language and words in our day to day communication. As they say words are windows (or they’re walls).

This workshop to me almost feels like learning a new language. It is challenging as it constantly makes me aware of my old patterns of communication of defending, withdrawing or attacking in the face of judgment and criticism also called the ‘Language of the Jackal’. Doing the most simple exercises I realized that my observations are so mixed with evaluations, Feelings with thoughts. It is so difficult to express the simplest need to your loved one. Our requests may sometimes sound like demand or threat to the other. Even though I feel I live my life moment to moment, yet most of the time I am reacting out of habit rather than out of awareness.

Kamaal with his great charm and humor used interesting stories, conversational role plays and real world examples to introduce us to the language of the heart also known as the ‘language of the Giraffe’. Giraffe being the tallest and having the largest heart in the animal kingdom has the ability to see the situation from above. To connect in a way that you reach the other and make a bridge for the other to understand you is the greatest wisdom I have had in this group. These are the simplest and the most powerful communication techniques to be able to transform potential conflicts into peaceful dialogues which can benefit both the giver and the receiver. To stay authentic and yet express compassionately in the most trying circumstances is the real art that I would like to develop in myself.

As Osho says that unless “we become the change we wish to see in the world” no change will ever take place. We are all, unfortunately, waiting for the other person to change first.

This group has made me aware of a lot of work I have to do in myself as a seeker.

With all my love and gratitude

How much love and beauty can I handle? In Nisarga I saw: there is no limit. I was touched to feel so close to nature and smell a taste of its simple perfection. Wherever I looked: love and beauty. Love and beauty. Again and again. Be it the red pinkish Himalaya mountaintops at sunset, Ma Neelam's eyes or the Kingfisher bird- bathing in the sun near the river. Be it a delicious palak paneer made by a smiling cook, the flower arrangement in the meditation hall or a belly laughter from one of the group participants.
I feel very blessed I was able to do the Mystic Rose Meditation in such a pulsating heart space, where everything and everybody supported the process to an extend beyond words. So much natural aliveness, so many juicy dances, so many silent sittings where Osho's presence felt touchable and alive. I am grateful that this place is happening, knowing the world needs more and more of it: Love and Beauty.

When I try to put into words what I experienced it comes not even close to what I would like to express. I´m reminded when I heard Osho say when he was asked how it will be when he has left his body. He said something like: "Just as you can taste the sea from any place and it is salty, you will be able to taste any of my sannyasins and you will find the same taste: the taste of Osho."
I have the feeling I had a taste of that sort at Nisarga. It makes me incredibly happy to see one of the seeds Osho has sowed growing into a flowering tree.
Much love,
Sw. Premendra

"The heart is the center where love happens, where birth happens, where death happens."-Osho.:
That HEART for me is OSHONISARGA in its entirety.

A girl like me who dreamt from teenage to live a commune life-Nisarga was the perfect place. Where love took leaps and bounds in me, I was born again, and my old self was leaving me. I was singing, dancing, celebrating and living the way I wished to live.
During 4 months of work meditation experience I learnt a Rainbow comprising of seven colours of precision, cleanliness, relating, meditating, punctuality, celebrating work, and the most important I could go beyond my limits and work which I enjoyed the most. I never knew that cleaning could become a prayer. Nisarga I received bouquet of camps; silent retreat- Ma Dhyan Abha, mystery of love- Ma Yog Neelam , Self-Discovery- Sw Veet Kamaal, live love laugh- Sw Chaitanya Keerti, kids camp-Amit , Dakshina and team.....and many more on the list. So many sannyas celebrations just throbbing with energy just vitalised me.
Today also my ears echo with Ma Neelam's voice " Let everything happen on periphery, live it but just have a remembrance of where you want to go finally...."
I can hear Sw Tathagat telling me " Mukti get grounded...watch yourself if you are standing on both the feet?"
Priya who has been my friend, sister, mentor.....i could always see and absorb one thing from her " Enjoy your life golu & live to the fullest."
I am so grateful to my parents for sending me there and this is my family: Ma Neelam, Sw Tathagat, Ma Priya, & the entire Nisarga Crew.
HOME AWAY FROM HOME, MY SHUNYA MANDIR, MY NISARGA,
With tears of gratitude,
Prem Mukti

Life is so amazingly beautiful!! I'm back home, but with the very deep feeling that my home is not only here... The whole world got reduced, the distance between the Himalayas and Switzerland became anecdotic...

This trip to India has been shorter that all the trips I have ever made to any other country, but I have the feeling now coming back that I have been there for months. The experience was so deep and intense, love was so omnipresent, I have been touched in my deepest sphere. I come back so enriched and fulfilled that it can logically only have happened in months....

I'm so grateful to existence and so happy about the direction which my path has taken. I'm so grateful to you Priya, for opening your heart to me and to be my sister and my friend!
I'm so grateful to Ma Neelam, for her love and support and for this masterpiece she created in this beautiful place.
I'm so grateful to Sw. Tathagat for his heartfull welcome and his sincere and simple love.

Thanks to you all for welcoming me in such a simple and lovely way in your family and in your hearts. You all have the same place in my own heart and in my life. This journey has given to my vision of future more clarity and a preciser shape and I feel very happy about that.
Much love!!

Its hard to put it in words my experience in Nisarga. On the material level I find the place really nicely done and everything well taken care off , the whole place and people in Osho Nisarga is great support in the meditation.
The most beautiful part is the feeling of commune, a family in which everybody is contributing there skills, efforts and love to create something that supports in meditation and transformation keeping Osho vision as the base.
The people I met there are so good friends of mine now, we all are like a little family.
In one sentence: Osho Nisarga is the place where you touch sky and at the same time with completely down to earth approach explore the world with feet stable on the ground.

It was one fine day in April 2007 that I walked in thorugh the gates of Osho Nisarga. The moment I set foot in the grounds of Nisarga a very strong sense of coming home overpowered me which I never felt anywhere before this day.
This place holds a magical touch of divine love beyond words. This overflowing love not only fills me up but is overflowing through me.
Ma Neelam, Sw. Tathagat, Priya and Nisarga have accepted me with such open heart into their loving arms. Coming to Nisarga is the best journey I have ever made in this life. Here, I feel whole; the beauty of heaven and earth engulfs me over and over and fills my core being with gratitude. No more search is left within, no more questions, no answers needed - the only urge is to just be.
I never knew taking sannyas can manifest such a magical flow over ones' being.
My gratitude goes to Ma Neelam and Sw. Tathagat for putting this place together with all their unconditional love and dedication for our master - Osho. No wonder - one can feel Osho's presence everywhere in Nisarga.
Thank you once again and for ever more.

While at Osho Nisarga I often feel that I in some place, which is like the heaven they used to talk about in my home and church. These 43 days of Gurdjieff Sacred Dances lead by Amiyo and Chetan at Nisarga surrounded by the breathtaking nature, the green, the sound of the water, the magnificent room I was given in Siddhartha, feels like a reward to my entire search, my longing, the quest for my heart. All of Nisarga is an invitation to silence, transcendence, gratitude, liberation. The kitchen team is so caring, loving, and requests are met with such enthusiasm, and delivered: the vegetable biryani, the baked potatoes that were made on my request. Yummy! I look forward to returning next year and to tell my friends about this magnificent place. They should not miss this experience. Thank you Neelam, Priya, Tathagat.

The magnificent rural setting and relative isolation of Osho Nisarga provided the ideal environment for the Gurdjieff Sacred Dances in October. Led by Amiyo and Chetan we practised the complex exercises and dances for several hours daily. Gurdjieff’s work is all about awareness and presence, so the meditative atmosphere, enhanced by the constant sound of running water greatly facilitated our work. A day off could be spent among the Tibetan community in McCleod Ganj where Dalai Lama resides, just a short ride away. All this set against a background of the mighty Himalaya, not to mention the luxurious accommodation and caring and loving team, made the whole three weeks a unique, unforgettable and incomparable experience. Thank you Osho Nisarga, I’ll be back again next year.
